Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese Dawgs with Bacon

Ingredients

HOT DOGS & TOPPINGS: Marketplace Jumbo Beef Franks Colby Jack Cheese Bacon bits

GARLIC BUTTER: 3 Tbsp fresh parsley 1 Stick butter 3 Tbsp Parmesan 3 garlic clov

Instructions

  1. Chop Parsley
  2. Drissle Hot Dot buns with olive oil, grill on flattop
  3. In small cast iron pan on grill, cook
  1. Cross hatch hot dogs (either manually, or with somethign like this)
  2. Once buns are toasted, move to warning rack. Fill with Colby Jack Cheese and Bacon bits. Close and brush outside with garlic butter spread
  3. Grill cross hatched hot dogs
  4. Gently open cheesy dog buns, put in hot dog, brush top with more garlic butter spread.
