Peanut Butter Cup Dump Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for optional topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the batter, then sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups on top.
- Pour the remaining cake batter over the peanut butter layer and smooth it out.
- Top with the remaining chocolate chips and peanut butter cups.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar, if desired, and serve warm.
