Sautéed Peppers & Tomatoes with Garlic and Herbs
Ingredients
- Sliced red and green peppers
 - Diced tomatoes
 - Garlic
 - Olive oil
 - Fresh oregano and basil
 - Salt & pepper
 
Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
 - Add sliced peppers and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
 - Add diced tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Cook until flavors meld.
 - Serve warm or cool — great on crusty bread or as a side dish.
